Die Transformierung Poster

This poster reproduction of Laszlo Moholy-Nagy's work "Die Transformierung" (1925), shows the artist in a characteristically innovative mode. Here he experiments with early darkroom technology in the replication of a single photographed image to create a dynamic, graphic design. The person portrayed is a young colleague, Marcel Breuer, who would become a famous architect and designer.
